I'll give the benifit of the doubt to the age of this game. I believe it was released in 1996. With so few bowling games on the market that offer a simple interface and attempts at realism, this game is worth playing so long as you go in with attainable expectations. I'm a 205 average bowler in real life, so my expectations of the game are somewhat high. I still enjoy playing it, though I have to do unrealistic things to win games. Don't even try throwing the meanest hook possible in this game. You'll miss the 9 pin (right handers) every time. Down and in with a very slight hook seems to give the best results. The game has very unrealistic pin leaves with pocket shots, such as common 7 pins for right handers. These are not common with a righty, it's a lefties pin. Where the physics engine lacks, the rest of the game picks up the slack. It's a bargain bin game and worth playing if you like to bowl.Read full review
